Adam has been involved in the fields of health & fitness in Buffalo in many different aspects and settings since 2018.. As a coach, he has worked with a broad spectrum of needs; from people with complex medical conditions to high level athletes and everything in between. As a physical therapist, he holds an interest in working with people with chronic pain, musculoskeletal issues, & neurological disorders - helping bridge the gap between physical rehabilitation and fitness by incorporating them both into patient care.

Adam works in depth with people in chronic pain and post-injury, as well as those looking to make lifestyle behavior changes such as losing weight, becoming healthier, and becoming stronger to improve their everyday life. He also works with athletes looking to improve performance in a variety of sports.

When Adam isn’t working with patients, you can find him competing or coaching in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, watching hockey and football, or doing anything outdoors!
